Sgt. CHARLES L. DAVIS, Instructor / Teacher  (JROTC),
19 years for LAUSD life skills
• Experience in organizational leadership, team building conflict resolution,
  human resource, and motivational speaker
• Over 20 years experience in management, leadership, career counseling,
  event planner, recruiting and training personnel
• Retired military with 20 years experience and 5 years working with Boy Scouts
  of America as Camp Commissioner (Arrowhead)

LEONARD H. HARLIN, Head Teacher:
With over 15 years experience as a classroom teacher, and 6 years experience as a head teacher.
Skilled in the use of Desired Results Developmental Profile-R (DRDP-R), Prekindergarten Learning & Development Guidelines,
Developmentally Appropriate Practice in Early Childhood Programs, Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (ECERS), and the Developmental Learning Materials Early Childhood Express (DLM).

Andrea worked many years as an Educator Psychotherapists Family Systems Consultant, and Gerontologist she served families with Special needs Infants, Youth and seniors with Alzheimer.  
Community Volunteering:West Angeles Church of God In Christ, Faithful Central Bible Church, Political Campaigns, Buffalo Soldiers, Los Angeles Unified School DistrictAndrea is the author of How To Have Fun With Home Work and a Co author in Step In To Your Vision.

A visionary leader, who possesses the ability to thrive and excel in a sales environment in any industry. Adaptability describes her ability to direct a startup company as well as spearheading a new direction for an existing company. An accomplished strategic planner whose unsurpassed problem solving skills are credited for the current company‘s new market identification in a global marketplace. Personable, result oriented and profitability driven professional is ready to assume challenges in a fast-paced sales market.

Responsible for new business implementation and training for new hires. Oversee all Advertising, Marketing and Sales management and day to day operations.

Ms. Swann also hosts
"Collaborative Mentorship - It's All About Us!" an internet radio show every Friday night at 6:00pm on Twilight Talk Radio.

JANIE CHAVERS
• Experience, energetic Parent Educator seeking a position to assist adults and high school students with Parent Education, Career Preparation and Life Skill training
• Over twenty years’ experience working with parents, children and young adults, providing them with quality educational materials, resources and training
• Comfortable and experienced developing rapport with students from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
• Communicate with children, young adults and parents warmly and diplomatically.
• Provide parents and young adults with multi-media resources on Parent Education, Child Development, Health, Safety and Nutrition.

Community Involvement:
For the last 28 years, Ms. Chavers, has participated in hundreds of community events, such as; Organizing/Planning Children’s Literacy festivals, Backpack give a ways, Labor Day Law Enforcement and Fire Department BBQ’s, President Obama 2008-12 elections and countless hours working with Congresswoman Maxine Waters on many projects and events.
